My musical mentor is my choir teacher at school. She's always so sweet and does everything she can to make a welcoming environment out of her classroom. She's super interactive and very patient with all of us. She encourages me to be the best musician I can be. Not only that, but she is also aware of current events and ties that into class as a personal connection, and she promotes diversity in her music repertoire. I practice my music because of her.
